The K-Form Concrete Formwork System off¬ers a revolutionary and efficient shuttering product that saves the building contractor time and money with less labor.

The K-Form plastic shuttering system made from uPVC is a light weight, cast in place screed rail strong enough to handle all types of mechanical screeds as well as providing control, construction and isolation joints. Straight quality joints every time while being versatile for all types of concrete slabs.

Our UPVC is sourced from landfill diverted double glazing window frames making K-Form a completely recycled product which has the same UV and temperature stability as the original frame it came from.

We produce the rails in three different sizes suitable for a wide range of specifications.

• No specialist tools are required when laying K-Form, levelling the screed rails with a rubber mallet is suggested.
• All types of power screeds are suitable to use with K-Form. (Roller screeds, Vibro-Strikes, Twin Beams, etc.) K-Form is strong enough to handle all types of levelling equipment.
• Unlike foam or fiber expansion joint filler material, it is resistant to petrol, diesel and oil making it suitable for forming concrete slab at filling station forecourts, industrial sites and agricultural applications.
• When pouring the concrete mix, K-Form stays in place without backfilling or holding with stakes. The bottom base of K-Form acts like a lever when the concrete is placed on top of the bottom flange. It will not shift side to side or tip over.
